I had a delightful experience at Hotel La Chance. The staff were exceptionally kind, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The stunning views of the Alpine Giants enveloped my mornings, enhancing my relaxation in the spa, and the warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.
Room decor needs updating.

missingWrote a review on 08 Marspacious suitescozy loungedated decor
Spacious suites offer a comfortable base, perfect for families, while the lounge features a cozy atmosphere with stunning views. The spa is a hidden gem, often empty, making for a relaxing retreat after a long day.
Rooms show signs of age, with dated decor and mattresses that could use an upgrade for a better night's sleep. The steep climb to the main lifts is a hassle, not to mention the on-site dining options lack variety and often serve food that’s lukewarm at best, disappointing those expecting hot meals. the chaos from large school groups can be disruptive, especially during mealtimes and in the corridors.

Fantastic views and delicious food at the hotel. The walk to lifts requires effort but it's manageable.

Wi-Fi connectivity was a pain. several guests ran into slow or malfunctioning signals, especially in their rooms. The breakfast variety was lacking, with many pointing out repetitive options over an extended stay. the spa charges after 4 PM caught some off guard, especially after a day on the slopes. Not to mention the noise levels during mealtimes from large groups, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. The room decor felt dated, and the mattresses could definitely use an upgrade for a more comfortable sleep. while there were some highlights, these issues dampened the experience a bit.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially the always-smiling Andre. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of choices, and the homemade cakes were a delightful treat. the resort had limited shopping and dining options. while the ski hire was convenient, the process could feel a bit rushed, and the walk to the lifts required more effort than anticipated. Still, the stunning views from the room compensated for these drawbacks.
